Join us for Community Moves in the Plaza, a summer-long series of outdoor fitness sessions hosted by local businesses right in the heart of Point Grey Village. Each event will feature a different activity—from yoga and dance to strength training and more—led by community instructors who bring their own unique energy and style.

It’s a great opportunity to try something new, stay active, and support local fitness studios!

    “FABULESS” is a 45-minute fitness session designed to engage older adults in a balanced mix of cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance exercises. The acronym stands for:
