Neighbourhood

West Point Grey is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Vancouver. Many of the original homes and mansions still stand. Today, it is one of Canada’s most expensive residential areas, with the average home prices sitting above the $4 million mark.

The Vancouver Public Library, West Point Grey Branch, is right in the middle of the Point Grey Village Business Improvement Area (BIA).

The nearby West Point Grey Community Centre’s website is available for programs and information.

The area is known for two of the city’s popular beaches, Jericho Beach and Spanish Banks. Both beaches are great for watching the sunset and the mountains over English Bay.
